North State Sales Internal Applications Privacy Policy

North State Sales Company operates internal applications for use only by our employees and authorized contractors. These applications currently include the Sales Order Platform and CPP Forms Engine, along with future internal applications that link to this policy.
Our applications may process company business information, including employee account details, customer and vendor contact information, forms, orders, inventory, invoices, payments, and related operational records.
Some applications connect to services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and BigCommerce. We access information from these services only as necessary to perform authorized North State Sales business functions.
We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or share one customer’s information with another. Information may be disclosed to service providers that host, secure, back up, or support our systems, or when required by law.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We use reasonable safeguards, including authentication, access controls, encryption, logging, and protected backups.
Business and accounting records are retained according to company policy and legal requirements, generally for up to seven years. Temporary integration data is deleted when no longer needed. Integration credentials are revoked or deleted after disconnection. Daily backups are generally retained for 35 days and monthly backups for 12 months.
